About this time, a fourth boat arrived from Canada with several members of the Ghadr Party on board, Their leader was Sajjan Singh of Bela, Ferozepore District.
All these passengers used to assemble at the Gurdwara at Hong Kong, The only exceptions were the men headed by Bhai Nidhan Singh. They kept on their boat and did not land. Nidhan Singh alone came and associated with
